- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday) following confirmation of payment via Bybit Pay.
- Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Shipping Destinations & Delivery Time
- Domestic Shipping (Kosovo): 1 – 3 business days via standard express courier.
- Regional Shipping: 3 – 7 business days depending on customs and local carrier schedules.
- Shipping Rates
- Shipping fees are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
- Tracking Your Order
- Once your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and courier tracking link.
- Damaged or Lost Packages
- All shipments are inspected prior to dispatch. If your package arrives damaged, document the condition with photos immediately and contact support@byteva.net within 48 hours.
