1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving a confirmed
PAY_SUCCESSstatus from our cryptocurrency payment processor. - Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Time
- Domestic Shipping ([Kosovo / Rajoni]): 1 – 3 business days via express courier.
- Regional / International Shipping: 3 – 7 business days via DHL / FedEx / Standard Post (where applicable).
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout before you initiate the payment.

4. Order Tracking

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
All hardware shipments are insured during transit. If your package arrives visibly damaged by the courier, please document the packaging with photos immediately and contact us at support@byteva.net within 48 hours of delivery.
